Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, no. Our building does not permit pets for guests.
Are parties or events allowed?
We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
What are the check-in / check-out procedures?
You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.
Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM
Can I smoke at the property?
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Where do I park?
One dedicated parking space located directly in front of the home (by the large tree) makes arrivals and departures simple and stress-free - a valuable perk in Provincetown.
If you’re traveling with more than 1 vehicle, additional public parking is available at the MacMillan Pier Town Lot or the various privately-owned lots along Bradford St. Metered parking is in effect from May through early November; off-season parking is generally free.
There are also numbered spaces along Commercial St. that are public parking (subject to a fee when in effect). Here is a list of public parking lots managed by the Town of Provincetown.
General House Rules
Please have everyone remove shoes before coming inside. (Complimentary slippers provided.)
Due to allergies, pets are strictly prohibited.
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking / vaping allowed inside.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
Please respect check-in (4pm) and check-out (10am) times.
Please take care of the furnishings.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please wash your dishes.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
Please remove your shoes upon entry.
Please close windows if raining and when you go out. (Weather changes quickly in PTown.)
Please remember to run exhaust while cooking — especially frying. (Sensitive smoke alarm.)
Please use drink coasters and don’t put wet clothes or towels on wood furniture.
